That’s a really good question. Apparently, there are 22 Democrats that voted against an amendment to the Federal Budget that would have dealt with Wal-Mart’s machinations. A few of them are in the Congressional Black Caucus.
They must think that the Report Card the CBC Monitor published back in September was a one-hit wonder.
